Since joining GlobKlasse in 2014, Juan Hernandez has specialized in the technical and process knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve IT technical incidents and service requests in a timely manner. He is also in charge of preparing documentation and customer service guidelines related to IT support, as well as serving as the main point of contact for internal executive customers.

Juan is a veteran in the IT industry with an entrepreneurship mindset for IT services that focus on solid communication between services and client. He is also an avid business reader that looks to maintain effective communication with customers to bring about smart solutions that build win-win alliances and provide new ways of problem-solving.

He has expertise in a broad portfolio of services that address information security, risk and compliance needs, engaging the necessary IT resources to resolve incidents that require the contribution of multiple IT teams.

He is responsible of developing the technical infrastructure and project management planning for new projects, as well as being one of the main consultants implementing the IT infrastructure for the event of Art Basel Miami.

A GlobKlasse partner and team member, Juan also manages IT security consultants to help clients identify vulnerabilities and assess real business risks, devise security and governance programs that fit our client’s environment, and help them recover from and prepare for a cybersecurity breach.
